Donna to Nikki: Keep Your Money!

Donna D'Errico and Nikki Sixx were in court today to settle financial matters in their divorce, and one thing is clear: Donna just wants to be done with her ex.

Despite the fact that the judge expressed concern for Donna, both parties waived their rights to financial support.

The former couple did reach a settlement agreement on the rest of their finances, but that was not immediately released. The judge assured both parties that all matters related to their daughter, Frankie, would be kept confidential.

Afterwards, Donna told TMZ that she was just happy it was over and that she was in the process of writing an autobiography. Can't wait.

21. Um, Frankie Jean Mary Sixx is a little girl, and anyone who doesn't know Motley Crue ( or more recently Sixx:A.M.) has been hiding under a rock for 30 years! Donna has nothing to write a book about. Plastic boobs and the poor me I married a rock star story have been done. Now, Nikki's book is UH-MAZING! He is a musical and lyrical genius, and DAMN HOT to boot.

23. interesting dynamics going on here. A celebrities wife walks away from court and decides not to take any money from her ex and she is still getting bashed..this has got to be postings from people who just "hate" with no good reason. If this woman wants to write a book..great, I will read it and I am sure there is enough Motley Crue fans around that might buy it also. Lay off this woman..she walked away.

25. DONNA.........it's not HIS money, it's community property. He did not rent you, you are not a peon, you were not hired-for-the-duration. YOU ARE 50 PERCENT OF THAT RELATIONSHIP. As well as a mother.

28. To the sanctimonious commenter above, there is NOTHING wrong with skewering this non-celebrity about her narcissism. We are enjoying a distraction from out days by reading and commenting on TMZ. There's nothing wrong with that. When some Hollywood lightweight starts talking about her "autobiography," it is perfectly appropriate for us to smile. Get off your high horse or just ride away on it so you don't have to read comments from us "haters."

30. Question for gwen0...are you personal friends with Donna? Otherwise how do you know she walked away from it? All the article said was that they reached an agreement.....not that she walked away from it. If Donna did walk away then great for her!!!!! She is capable of making her own money and should not be mooching off of Nikki. Child support is one thing but money for yourself is a whole different story.
